About Dan H. Neal

Dan H. Neal was born in Rigby and grew up in Idaho Falls. He is a former editor-in-chief of the Casper Star-Tribune and worked as a journalist for more than twenty-five years. He later directed Wyoming’s Equality State Policy Center advocating for open, accountable government. He and his wife Judy live in Casper and have three grown children.
