About Billy Rae Wall

Billy Rae Wall graduated from Kuna High School in 1952 and served in the Army from 1953 to 1955. He then earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho. He worked for Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, California, for thirty-six years, and for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories for four years before retiring in 1999.  He lives in California.
