Richard Mouser is a Boise-raised photographer. He has won blue ribbons for photography at the Western Idaho Fair and in 2020 he published two photography books on Blurb.com, Animals in the Wild and Idaho History through Photography. He also has published photos on Wikipedia, including on the “Black Lives Matter” page.
